Weekly check-ins are a cornerstone of our coaching program, ensuring you stay on track and receive the personalized guidance you need.

How It Works

  1. Daily Logs: Throughout the week, you'll fill out daily logs in the app, capturing your nutrition intake, workouts, and any other relevant details.

  2. Submit Your Week: At the end of the week, head over to the coaching page and click on "Submit Week". This sends all your logs to your coach for review.

  3. Coach Analysis: Your coach will analyze your progress, looking at trends, potential areas of improvement, and celebrate your wins.

  4. Feedback & Adjustments: Based on their analysis, your coach will provide feedback, adjust your macros if needed, and offer advice for the upcoming week.

The Importance of Check-ins

Regular check-ins ensure that you're not just following a generic plan, but receiving tailored advice based on your unique journey. It's an opportunity to ask questions, seek clarity, and get motivated for the week ahead.
